7:30pm: workshop 1, introductions & setting intentions, outside fire pit/indoor log burning stove.

9.00pm: free time

Friday & Saturday

8.00-9.30am: self-serve breakfast

9.30am: day plan and mindfulness session

10.00am: workshop 2 (inc exercises/activity work/break)

12.30 pm: lunch

1:30pm workshop 3 & 4 (inc exercises/activity work/break)

5.00pm: free time

6.30pm: evening meal together. (may include pizza making on outdoor pizza stove weather permitting)

8.30pm: free time, outside fire pit/indoor log burning stove
