We strive to use our position as Personal Development Coaches and Educators to highlight and challenge inequality and injustice.
We recognise the importance of individual efforts and are committed to promoting understanding towards a collective effort which has greater reach and influence.
The Countryside Retreat will endeavour to maintain a wider, lasting and meaningful dialogue on racial injustice and inequality within our professional circles and our community.
We will keep abreast of current social policy and practice and where we believe we have influence, we will use our voice and listen to others, welcoming suggestions for improving our working practices.
