When booking an event, we ask for a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your place and then the balance is due in full 4 weeks prior to your arrival . For bookings less than 4 weeks before the retreat date, the full amount will need to be paid at the time of booking.
Sadly we can’t refund cancellations received within 4 weeks of the retreat start date as it is unlikely we would be able to refill your place in that time.
