6.30-8.00pm: self-serve arrival buffet

8:00pm: mini workshop; introductions and setting intentions, outdoor fire-pit/indoor log burning stove.

9.00pm: free time

Saturday

8.00am: help yourself breakfast

9.00am ish: plan for the weekend and introduction to mindfulness session

10.00am: workshop session 1 (inc exercises/activity work/break)

12.30pm: lunch

1.30pm: workshop session 2 (inc exercises/activity work/break and reflection)

4.30pm: free time

6.00pm: evening meal together followed by free time alone or as a group; outdoor fire-pit/indoor log burning stove. (pizza making activity with outdoor pizza oven weather permitting)

8.30am: self-serve breakfast

9.30am: workshop session 3 (inc exercises/activity work/break)

12.30pm: lunch and free time

2.00pm: workshop session 4 (inc. group coaching and reflection)

4.00pm: departure.
