8:00pm: setting intentions, outdoor firepit/indoor log burning stove
9.00pm: free time
Saturday
8.00am: help yourself breakfast
9.00am: ish: plan for the day and introduction to mindfulness session
10.00am: guided countryside walk with a mindfulness focus including packed lunch
4pm: group reflection session back at base
4.30pm: free time
6.00pm: evening meal together followed by free time; outdoor fire pit/indoor log burning stove. (Pizza making for evening meal in outdoor pizza oven, weather permitting)
Sunday
8.30am: self serve breakfast
9.30am ish: gentle walk with woodland mindfulness focus.
12.30pm: lunch
1.30pm: individual mindfulness walking activity & reflection.
3.30pm: group review
4.00pm: departure
